How to create an account?
- Log on to wholesomedelivery.com
- Click on the SIGN UP tab.
- Fill out your first name, last name, email address and password, then click create.
- It is important that you provide us with your correct email address so you can keep track of your orders.
- A notification will be sent to your email address once your account has been activated.
- You can now start shopping online.
How to order?
- Sign into your account.
- Go to Menu and select the items that you want to order. Indicate the quantity, then add to your cart.
- Please indicate special request on the Special Instruction
- Once your order is complete, click check out and proceed to payment.
- Enter customer name and complete
- Choose your payment option.
- Enter payment information and click Pay.
- You will receive an email/SMS notification that your order is confirmed.
What are my perks upon signing up?
Upon signing up and confirmation of your registration, you will get 10% discount on all your online orders subject to required minimum order amount. The discount may not be used in conjunction with other promotional discounts available online. This discount will be for a limited period only and we reserve the right to change or cancel any promotional discount without prior notice.
What is the minimum order amount for delivery transactions?
Our minimum order amount for deliveries is P500.
Is there a minimum amount for personal or customer-provided courier pick up?
No. For personal or customer-provided courier pick-ups, no minimum order amount is required.
What are your available payment options?
We accept online payment using your Visa, MasterCard, GCash or PayMaya.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver within a 10-kilometer radius of the store.
What is the cut-off time when placing a same-day delivery order?
For same-day delivery orders, our cut-off is at 5PM daily. All orders made beyond 5PM will be processed and delivered the next day unless specified that delivery is at a later date.
How much is the delivery fee?
Our delivery is free of charge if you order a minimum amount of P1,000 and your location is within a 5-kilometer radius of the store. For orders below P1,000, a delivery charge of P50 will be added to your bill upon checkout
For areas outside the 5-kilometer radius of the store, delivery charges will be calculated based on your zip code. The delivery charge will be automatically added to your bill upon checkout.
How long does it take you to deliver from the time I completed and paid my order?
Our delivery lead time is one (1) hour depending on your location and traffic.
However, for cakes, cupcakes, muffins and detox juices, we require a 24-48 hour lead time.
Can I change or cancel my order after payment confirmation?
Once payment is made, orders are considered final, non-cancellable and non-refundable.
What should I do for wrong orders, missing items or poor product quality?
We practice a high standard with our food preparation. Should there be any concerns upon receipt of your order, please inform us immediately at +63 917 885 7520 through Viber or WhatsApp. Please provide us with pictures and other supporting information for us to properly investigate and respond to your concerns. We will investigate your concern and respond as soon as we can.
What if after I place my order, the item is unavailable or out of stock?
We will refund you for any unfulfilled items.
Can I avail of senior citizens, person with disability (PWD) and government-mandated discounts for online purchases?
Senior citizens, persons with disabilities (PWD), diplomats and other government-mandated discounts are not available on purchases made through the internet. Kindly visit your nearest The Wholesome Table branch and present your valid IDs to avail of the discounts.
Will I be refunded if I fail to receive my order?
Orders will be refunded if the failure to deliver was the mistake of The Wholesome Table or our rider.
Orders will not be refunded under the following circumstances:
a) Non-appearance or failure to receive the items within ten (10) minutes upon arrival of our rider.
b) Inability to contact the recipient through the contact number provided despite several attempts.
c) Providing non-existent address or inability by our rider to access or locate the delivery address provided
d) There is no clean or safe place to leave the order.
